Allie Armstrong is an Associate Grants Manager with the Strategy & Operations team, supporting all aspects of the grantmaking process, from decisioning to reporting. She previously worked as Program Partner at The Seabury Foundation and supported the development team at Chicago Lights.

Jennifer Baugh is a Grants Manager with the Strategy & Operations team, managing all aspects of the grantmaking process, from decisioning to reporting. Previously, Jennifer served as the Grants and Finance Manager for the International Clinical Research Center at the University of Washington and held a variety of program and operations roles at The Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation.

Leslie Dozono is a Portfolio Manager with the Washington team, focused on strengthening early childhood care. She previously served as the Interim Executive Director of the Washington Early Childhood Policy Fellowship and as the Early Childhood Policy Director at Children’s Alliance.

Nick Munoz is an Executive Assistant working with Ballmer Group’s executive leadership and a part of the Strategy & Operations Team. With over 11 years of experience at both investment and consulting firms, Nick has provided support to C-level executives at companies and businesses that work with Fortune 100 companies.

Kody Russell is a Portfolio Manager with the Washington team, focused on improving statewide systems for behavioral health and child welfare. Previously, Kody was the Executive Director of Kitsap Strong, and he has more than 10 years of experience working with children and families in the child welfare system.
