Leslie Dozono

Leslie Dozono is a Senior Portfolio Manager for Ballmer Group’s Washington team, developing and managing local and regional investments focused on early childhood. Leslie has dedicated her career to improving outcomes for young children and eliminating racial disparities in early childhood systems. Previously, Leslie served as the Interim Executive Director of the Washington Early Childhood Policy Fellowship and as the Early Childhood Policy Director at Children’s Alliance.
