Kody Russell

Kody Russell is a Senior Portfolio Manager with Ballmer Group’s Washington team, developing and managing local and regional investments focused on improving statewide systems for behavioral health and child welfare. Previously, Kody was the Executive Director of Kitsap Strong, and he has more than 10 years of experience working with children and families in the child welfare system.
