Kacey Guin

Kacey Guin is a Senior Portfolio Manager for Ballmer Group’s Washington team, developing and managing local and regional investments focused on education and community impact. Kacey has dedicated her 20-year career on improving equitable outcomes for youth and families, holding key roles including Director of Greater Tacoma Community Foundation’s Whole Child Partnership, Director of Continuous Improvement for Seeding Success in Memphis, and Senior Program/Policy Advisor for the City of Seattle’s Department of Education.
