Jeff Edmondson

Jeff Edmondson is the Executive Director of Community Impact for Ballmer Group, where he leads the national strategy to improve economic mobility and reduce racial disparities at scale via Place-Based Partnerships. He also advises regional strategies, as well as works with partners to develop and amplify best practices across the country. Jeff has spent his career championing and developing scalable models for Place-Based Partnerships. He is the former Managing Director of StriveTogether and the founding Executive Director of the flagship Strive Partnership in Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky.
