Urban League of Metropolitan Seattle

Urban League of Metropolitan Seattle empowers (ULMS) Black and other historically underserved people to thrive for generations through social and economic justice. ULMS implements its mission within the Seattle/King County service area through advocacy, direct programming, community outreach, and coalition building in seven major areas of focus: housing, education, workforce development, public health, entrepreneurship, civic engagement, and financial empowerment. Our grant supports the organization’s homeless programming and housing security work including its housing complex in partnership with the King County Regional Homeless Authority that has 36 units.
