Northeast Community Center Association strives to improve the quality of life for residents of northeast Spokane, Washington, with an emphasis on social, health, economic, education, and recreation needs. Our grant supports community-based program capacity to serve Northeast Spokane children and youth in out-of-school and summer spaces.
